Happy Halloween

Take the Stay at Home Mom poll. When your little ghosts and goblins go out trick or treating do you let them eat as much candy as they want or do you portion it out little by little day by day until it is gone? Not to be a bummer but we have to mention the number of cases of childhood diabetes that is growing every year. Each Halloween is a great opportunity for us to work with our kids on the concept of moderation and balance. A good dinner with protein rich foods is a great way to start their evening. Most of all have a fun and safe evening and take our Stay at Home Mom poll.
