    For your kids’ sake - walk away from your chores!

    This article shows that the best way for Mom to get back in shape is to walk away from the house chores - and the faster the better! When I was pregnant with child number 2 many people I talked to said “oh you are going to get back in shape right away just chasing those kids around”. The idea was fine - but in truth, my baby (number 2) just turned 11 and I have not returned to my pre-pregnancy weight. Vacuuming and laundry will tire any mom out but it will not get them back in shape. So, read this article and for your kids’ sake - walk away from the chores. [Walk Away!]
