    Spring 2007: Service your vacuum cleaner

    Filed under: Uncategorized;

    Yep, it’s one of those things that’s easy to avoid until it finally breaks down. Take time out to service and check the basic components while watching a morning talk show. Uprights tend to get hair and loose threads wrapped around the brush. Belts get cracks and may need replaced. The hose may be clogged with accumulation of dust, etc. Ensure the electrical cord is free of any nics (if any, use electrical tape to cover)If there is a full bag, it’s best to replace it ASAP. Important: Get rid of the bag immediately after vacuuming if your home has been treated for any type of bug extermination.
