    Virtual Weight Loss Team

    Over the holidays it is really easy to put on extra weight. It is a cliche but true. Family gatherings and gift baskets exchanged at the office and suddenly you’re up 5 pounds.

    Now that the decorations are being put away and life is getting back to “normal” it is time to take off those extra holiday pounds.

    There are lots of ways to do that but when you’re a stay at home mom with small kids at home it is not always easy to get out of the house for a nice 30 to 60 minute walk or to get to a meeting that is usually scheduled at the same time as juniors nap time.
